He has advised buyers and sellers, entrepreneurs, large companies and small, public and private, across a range of industries. With an undergraduate degree in business administration, a Masters degree in Finance, and in-house corporate experience, in addition to top-tier law firm practice, Mike brings the perspective of an experienced business counselor with an understanding of their financial and economic motivations to his clients, helping them to achieve their goals.

David's professional experience includes two Class I railroads, two major U.S. owned leasing companies, and a foreign owned railcar and locomotive leasing company with operations in the U.S., Europe, and South America.
David holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics from Rockford University and a Masters Degree from Loyola University of Chicago
has an extensive background in the development, delivery and management of strategic growth and operating initiatives in mergers & acquisitions, business development, commercial operations and sales. He has developed his expertise with two of the leading rail car leasing companies in the U.S., as a business development consultant and in industry. He has led business development, strategic planning, and commercial operations functions and initiatives in commercial efficiency and effectiveness, market research and intelligence, M&A and strategic expansion, and deal management and execution.
Known for a consultative and analytical problem-solving management style, his practice is focused on the development and delivery of strategic growth, actionable business insights, buyer and seller representation and transformational strategies and solutions.
Bryan holds an MBA from the Ross Business School at the University of Michigan, and a Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
